It is the WRONG item. I ordered the Deserata and received Be a Man. I am trying to figure out how to return it and get the correct item

Pleased with the framed IF by Kipling. Beautifully done-calligraphy and frame.  Timely manner in which order was completed is appreciated.  Will be ordering 2 more of the same product for my other grandsons.

Sherrie has excellent customer service. She promptly returned my call and made 100% sure everything was in order.
My father started a tradition of giving his grandsons (all six of them) a printed copy of "If" on their eighteenth birthdays. I am continuing this tradition with my grandson.  The framed print I selected is perfect for the occasion.

My  father provided me a copy of the poem when I was a youth and it has remained an excellent source of counsel.  I wanted a new copy to give to a recent high school graduate as he embarks on his journey into adulthood. Sherrie's work was just what I sought-- perfect for the situation;
And she was most accommodating in rapidly, efficiently and effectively packing & shipping the framed piece to me.
